Delete your MotoX account

You can also do this in the app: Settings → Delete account.

What happens

  • Your name, phone number, email, saved addresses and notification tokens are erased immediately, and you are signed out everywhere.
  • Your live ads, rental cars and parts are taken down; business stores are suspended.
  • Completed bookings, orders, ratings and messages stay in the other party’s history as “Deleted user”.
  • This cannot be undone. Your phone number can be used to register again later.

يمكنك أيضاً القيام بذلك من التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.

ماذا يحدث

  • يُمسح اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك وعناوينك المحفوظة ورموز الإشعارات فوراً، ويتم تسجيل خروجك من كل الأجهزة.
  • تُزال إعلاناتك وسيارات التأجير والقطع المعروضة، وتُوقَف متاجر النشاط التجاري.
  • تبقى الحجوزات والطلبات المكتملة والتقييمات والرسائل في سجلّ الطرف الآخر باسم «مستخدم محذوف».
  • لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف. يمكن استخدام رقم هاتفك للتسجيل مجدداً لاحقاً.
